Sat's training.

NOTICE:

Please note that the next training will be on Saturday, 3rd May 2008 from 10am to 1pm. As thursday is a public holiday, please DO NOT come for training because we will not be there!
Have a good rest and remember to stretch your muscles well people!

Attn: Please guys, do turn up in your sports attire and sports shoes. We really mean it. We will not allow you to train if you are inappropriately dressed, and will ask you to go home instead. ): So if you want to train with the lovely people (US!), please come in the right attire okay? Safety first, always! :D

• Training is held every Tuesday and Thursday, 6 PM - 9 PM and Saturday, 10 AM - 1 PM.
